E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using an e-gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

General Information
- E-gift cards are issued by David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
- These terms and conditions apply to all e-gift cards purchased from David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc. online, via mobile app, or other authorized digital platforms.
- E-gift cards are digital, delivered via email and can be used solely for the payment of reservations secured using David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc. services. Gift cards cannot be applied to additional purchases such as (but not limited to) park tickets or dining plan additions.
Purchasing an E-Gift Card
- E-gift cards can be purchased online through www.dvcrequest.com.
- Payment for e-gift cards must be made in full at the time of purchase using an accepted payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, ApplePay etc.).
- E-gift cards will be sent electronically to the recipient's email at the time of purchase.
E-Gift Card Value
- E-gift cards have a monetary value, and the value of the card will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
- Once purchased, the e-gift card value cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund, except as required by law.
Using the E-Gift Card
- E-gift cards can only be used for new DVCR Reservations, new Disney Central Reservations booked through DVCR, new Cruise Reservations booked through DVCR or new Adventures by Disney Reservations booked through DVCR; add-ons, including but not limited to, park tickets, Disney Dining plans, cruise activities, are not eligible.
- The e-gift card balance is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
- If the value of a purchase exceeds the available balance on the e-gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by another accepted payment method.
- E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional e-gift cards.
Delivery and Activation
- E-gift cards will be delivered electronically to the recipient's email. A secondary email will be sent including your e-gift card’s unique PIN – both the gift card number and PIN are required in order to utilize the e-gift card.
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the correct recipient details (email) are provided at the time of purchase. David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc. is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser.
Expiration and Fees
- The e-gift card does not have an expiration date, and its value will remain valid indefinitely, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- There are no fees associated with inactivity or maintenance of the e-gift card.
Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards
- David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused e-gift cards.
- If an e-gift card is lost, stolen, or used without authorization, the cardholder should immediately contact David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc.'s customer service at 1-800-610-5791. Replacement is not guaranteed.
- E-gift cards should be treated like cash. If the cardholder suspects fraudulent activity, they should report it immediately.
Cardholder Responsibilities
- The holder of the e-gift card is responsible for safeguarding the e-gift card details (including any associated codes or PINs).
- Purchasers should notify David’s Vacation Club Rentals immediately if they suspect their e-gift card has been compromised.
Restrictions
- E-gift cards are for personal use only and may not be used for resale or commercial purposes without the express permission of David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc.
- E-gift cards can only be used for new DVCR Reservations, new Disney Central Reservations booked through DVCR, new Cruise Reservations booked through DVCR or new Adventures by Disney Reservations booked through DVCR; add-ons, including but not limited to, park tickets, Disney Dining plans, cruise activities, are not eligible.
- E-gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified.
Modifications and Termination
- David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the e-gift card program at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion. However, such changes will not affect existing e-gift card balances.
- David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc. reserves the right to cancel any e-gift card order or transaction in the event of suspected fraud or misuse.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, David’s Vacation Club Rentals Inc. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use or misuse of an e-gift card, including but not limited to loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the card.
- We are not liable for any failure to provide goods or services due to technical issues with the e-gift card system or delivery issues.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Any disputes arising from the use of e-gift cards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
