Listing Points for Rent
Complete the Online Sign-Up Form
Once we receive your form, we will prepare your Intermediary Agreement for your review - check out a sample version. Once approved, your points join our Rental Queue, ready for us to find your perfect guest match!
Listing with us is both secure and free, and you maintain complete control over your points - we do not require any access to your Membership.
It's A Match! - Accepting A Request
We will reach out to you via email whenever we have a guest match for your points! You can choose to accept or decline the rental, and if you accept, we send you the guest booking details for you to secure their reservation with DVC.
We handle all guest communication during the process and check availability with DVC in advance, making the booking experience straightforward and hassle-free for you!
If you wish to remove un-rented points you can do so any time with no penalty.
Confirmation and Payment
After a reservation is secured and confirmed, we collect the guest payment 100% in full! Your payment is then issued in a 70/30 split – the first 70% is issued once the guest pays, and the final 30% is released on the date of check-in. The guests' terms are laid out in our Rental Agreement.
We exclusively utilize PayPal to provide payments to our DVC Owners, as we have determined it to be the safest and most dependable payment option available internationally. There is no fee for you to receive the funds to your PayPal. All transactions are conducted in USD, and it is each owner's responsibility to stay informed about their country's tax regulations and currency conversion rates.
What's Next?
As the DVC Owner, you are responsible for keeping your membership active and the reservation in place, and assisting with any occasional updates the guest cannot make themselves, like guest list updates or adding a Dining Plan.
We will continue to handle any communication with the guest for your convenience. Guest cancellations are covered by our Deferred Dreams Policy, and do not impact your payment or points!
Confirmed Reservations
We also offer you the option to rent out an existing booking! The majority of guests prefer to submit their own custom requests via points rentals, however our Confirmed Reservations listings are extremely popular - especially for short-notice stays, or when availability is limited!

You receive the premium rate of $18.00 per point for any reservation secured in the Home Resort window of 7-11 months, at the following resorts:

You receive the regular rate of $16.00 per point for any reservation secured within 0-7 months of check-in, if your points are expiring within 7 months, or if your Home Resort is one of the following:
- Disney's Hilton Head
- Disney's Vero Beach
- Disney's Saratoga Springs
- Disney's Old Key West

Every day we receive hundreds of requests from eager guests looking for points, and they are all looking for something different! Thanks to the seasonal nature of Disney, and ever-changing availability within the DVC inventory, it is difficult to provide a ‘one size fits all’ timeline for when you can expect your points to rent successfully, but we always aim to do so as quickly as possible.
It is normal to experience a waiting period of anywhere from an hour to a few months before the points are rented, so we always advise listing your points with plenty of time in advance, as most guests are booking 7-11 months out.
To provide the best service to all of our Owners we aim to prioritize points with rapidly approaching expiry dates. We encourage Owners with extremely distressed points, or points in holding, to contact our team directly for more tailored guidance and information.
We are currently experiencing a shortage of points for all resorts: We have guests lined up for reservations arriving over the next 6 months. All points are valid for these reservations.
You will always receive the full price per point that you qualify for (see above) for any rentals you book for our guests. Our commission is covered by the guest, so it won't impact your payment.
Absolutely! As a DVC Owner, you are permitted to make up to 20 reservations per year for guests other than yourself. This covers rentals to guests, friends and family. No matter how many points you choose to rent with us, we aim to keep you safely within the 20 reservation limit set out by Disney Vacation Club.
The updated language recently introduced by DVC reinforces that DVC points are intended for personal use, which includes using them yourself or allowing family, friends, or guests to enjoy a stay on your behalf! This has always been part of the Membership agreement, and it remains unchanged.
What’s being highlighted in the updated wording relates to commercial use, which refers to high-volume or business-driven activity that goes beyond occasional rentals or personal sharing. This is not how the vast majority of our Owner Partners use their points, and it's not how we operate as a rental facilitator.
Not at all! Upon check-in, the guest is required by Disney to place their credit card on file with the Resort for incidentals and other charges incurred during the stay. Any damages to the room would therefore be charged directly to the guest. Luckily, most of our guests are families and Disney enthusiasts, and in 20 years we have yet to experience any damages charged to the Owner for a points rental!
If you are renting out a Confirmed Reservation, you must make sure to contact My Disney Experience to remove your credit card information and unlink the booking before listing it for rent, as if it remains linked, any subsequent guests will not be prompted to add their own card at check-in.

Once a reservation is booked for a guest, they pay 100% of their final payment in full within 24-48 hours, so in the event the guest cannot travel and has to cancel, you would still be paid for the use of the points.
Our ‘Deferred Dreams’ cancellation policy allows guests to cancel with us for a Travel Credit, which is issued by our team and does not impact you as the Owner. If this occurs, we may reach out for your help to have the reservation re-rented to a new family, to ensure the booking does not go to waste and so that you don’t wind up with any unused points!
Although you are responsible for making the initial reservation for the guest, once it is confirmed, they can connect the booking to their own My Disney Experience account to be managed by their lead guest. This will allow them to purchase their theme park tickets and make dining reservations independently.
The only updates that the guest cannot complete themselves, and therefore must be completed by the DVC Owner, are the addition of Disney Dining Plans, room vicinity requests, or changes to the guest list.

"Last Minute Specials" Newsletter Blast
With all the new owners joining the Disney Vacation Club and all the incentive points available for reservations, it is becoming increasingly difficult to book reservations for stays 3 months out or sooner. Rooms and resorts can become very limited to non-existent.
If you have points that will expire in the next 3 months, you may want to consider this service. Lately, many DVC resorts are selling out throughout the year at the 5-to-9-month mark. I have thousands of guests who are sometimes able to take a last-minute vacation based on the dates that I set (based on resorts/rooms available). I advertise these points at your agreed price + $5.00.
