Know Before You Go
Access to Walt Disney World theme parks is not included in a DVC points rental reservation, and is outside of the Rental Agreement. Purchase of park tickets is the sole responsibility of the guest. For assistance with park tickets, please contact our team toll-free on 800-610-5791, we are happy to help.
Guests who have purchased valid Walt Disney World theme park tickets are not required/do not need to make a theme park reservation to enter any of the parks at Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney Annual Passholders are still required to make theme park reservations for entry to the Walt Disney World theme parks. Theme park reservations cannot be made same-day. For more information on how Annual Passholders can plan their visit, please visit Disney’s website here.

Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort via points rentals can now choose to add a Disney Dining Plan to their DVC reservation! You can find more information on how to ‘unfold your menu’ and add a Dining Plan to your 2025 reservation and how to calculate a price estimate in our Dining Plan guides below!
Once you have secured your Walt Disney World reservation via a DVC points rental, we would be happy to assist you with adding one of two optional Dining Plans to your reservation:
Disney Quick Service Dining Plan
Planning to pack every minute of your day with magic and worried you might not have time to stop and eat? The Quick-Service Dining Plan lets you dine at a variety of Quick-Service locations so you can grab a bite between rides with no Dining Reservations required!
What Is Included?
For each night of your reservation, every Guest in your party (age 3 and up) will receive:
2 Quick-Service Meals
Each quick-service meal includes:
- 1 entrée (Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children's menu, where available)
- 1 non-alcoholic beverage (guests over 21 with valid ID may substitute for an alcoholic beverage where offered)
1 Snack/Non-Alcoholic Drink
- Cannot be substituted for alcoholic beverages
- Snack credits can be redeemed for single-serving items only
1 Refillable Mug
- Eligible for unlimited refills at self-service beverage islands at any Disney Resort hotel Quick-Service location
How Can It Be Used?
- Meals/snacks can be redeemed at any time during your stay.
- Unused meals/snacks will roll over day-to-day and expire at midnight on the day of checkout.
- Meals/snacks are non-transferable between party members.
- Dining Plans must be purchased for the entire length of stay and for the entire party.

Ready to savor the moment between park visits to enjoy some classic Disney magic and delicious dining all at once? The Disney Dining Plan allows guests the flexibility to enjoy both quick-service and classic dining options for the full Disney experience!
What Is Included?
For each night of your reservation, every Guest in your Party (age 3 and up) will receive:
1 Table-Service meal
- 1 entrée (guests ages 3-9 must order from a children's menu, where available)
- 1 dessert (brunch, lunch, or dinner meals only, unavailable at breakfast)
OR
- 1 Family Style or Full Buffet (where available)
- 1 non-alcoholic beverage (guests over 21 with valid ID may substitute for an alcoholic beverage where offered)
Fine/Signature Dining experiences, Dinner Shows or select Character Dining experiences will cost 2 Table Service meals
1 Quick-Service meal

- Advanced Dining Reservations at Table-Service restaurants are highly recommended and are subject to availability - with a DVC resort reservation, you can make reservations 60 days in advance of your stay.

Online Reservations Dining Plans Calculator
Dining Plans must be added to everyone on the guest list for the total number of nights on the reservation and may only be added after your reservation is secured. As long as you provide us with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before your check-in, we can contact the DVC Owner to have it added to your reservation!
Making Payment for a DVC Dining Plan
Payment information can only be accepted by our team over the phone toll-free at 1-800-610-5791, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm ET. This information is passed securely to the DVC Owner, who is responsible for completing the addition. Only the booking DVC owner can add a Dining Plan - you are unable to add it yourself via My Disney Experience.
For your protection, please DO NOT send any payment information through e-mail or Live Chat, as these methods are not secure.
Dining Plans must be paid in full at the time that they are added to the reservation. You can submit your payment in one of two ways:
1. Credit Card
Payment information is collected securely and passed to the DVC Owner, who will add the Dining Plan on your behalf. As per Disney restrictions, the credit card provided must belong to someone named on your reservations guest list.
2. Disney Gift Cards
If you are not comfortable providing your credit card information to be passed securely to the DVC Owner, you may also use Disney Gift Cards to pay for your Dining Plan.
To make the process as smooth as possible for all parties, please visit the Disney Gift Card website to consolidate the funds on your cards before contacting us. We cannot accept more than 6 gift cards per Dining Plan.
Other Dining Plan Must-Knows
Dining Plans must be added/removed no later than 30 days prior to check-in; otherwise, it cannot be guaranteed that they will be successfully added/removed in time.
Disney Vacation Club Owners or their Guests are not eligible for any free dining promotions. To take advantage of any free dining through Disney, guests must book with Disney directly at their current room rates. Please contact us for more information.
If you are planning to dine inside a Walt Disney World Theme Park, you will need a Park Ticket (and a Park Reservation where applicable) to enter.
Advance Dining Reservations can be made up to 60 days before check-in, via your MDE App or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
Gratuity is not included with the Dining Plan.
Important Notice for 2025 Dining Plans
Please note that the below calculator will show the estimated total cost of your Dining Plan for the length of your stay, including applicable taxes. Dining Plans must always be applied to every guest on your reservation for the full length of stay. While we have done our best to provide the most accurate and up-to-date pricing based on information from Disney, included taxes may be subject to change.

Magic Bands
As a token of our appreciation, we've included a redemption code for your party in your email. This code lets each member create their own unique look with a personalized Magic YOUR Band skin for a Disney Magic Band or button. Choose from a range of designs, add your own text, or upload photos to fully customize your look.
Ordering the Magic YOUR Band skin/button is easy. Just follow these steps:
- Choose the Magic YOUR Band skin/button(s) you like from the standard range, or create your own.
- Add it to your shopping cart and then other skins/buttons to your cart as desired.
- Enter the coupon code at the bottom of the shopping cart page. When redeeming this offer, please do not include any spaces before or after the redemption code. This coupon code will entitle you to a certain number of free Magic YOUR Band skins/buttons and you can purchase additional skins at the same time.
- After entering the code, complete the checkout process.
- In the Order Review section, please enter your vacation reservation number in the additional notes field. This is important and allows us to complete your order in a timely fashion.
- If you haven't chosen any additional skins/buttons, there is no need to enter any credit card details. Your order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
- You will receive a further email once your order ships. Please allow 21 days for delivery of your Magic YOUR Band skins/buttons to your home address.

Travel Insurance
As we are not insurance professionals, we do not provide travel insurance through our service. Once a reservation is secured, we strongly recommend all guests explore the possibility of taking out travel/trip cancellation insurance, in order to protect against unforeseen circumstances or change of plans.
Every insurance provider will offer different coverage options, and we are unable to offer advice on specific providers, however you are welcome to begin your search by visiting the website below, which you may find helpful.
