I’ve used David’s twice before in the past with my parents, but just used them for the first time with going through the booking stage on my own. I booked two studios for my family and brothers. Then added a night to each room about a month later. David’s customer service made the whole process a breeze. Extremely fast replys to all emails and request and I love how when a room is not available, they give you not one, but ten available rooms that are available around the same level room as you requested. Plus all their prices online includes the taxes and fees. No surprises at checkout which makes planning that much easier. With all the positive things to say, the absolute best thing about David’s is the customer service. We have used David’s rentals multiple times and as always we had a seamless experience. We stayed in the Polynesian deluxe studios in the Moorea building. As always the Disney environment was fantastic their customer service just can’t be beat. I will say although we still love the Murphy bed and pull down sleeper for our family- the room (3018) itself was showing some real wear- the usb port and outlet on one of the bedsides was broken and water leaked into the drawers below the sinks (slowly) but enough to make them unusable. We did let Disney know and it seemed like they would do appropriate repairs once we checked out. Despite the wear and tear on the room, we would definitely stay there again. The location, service and room layouts just can’t be beat. David’s makes the stay so easy we wish we could go more often!

1) the bus driver did not know where to take us from Magic Kingdom to Saratoga's treehouse villas- took him 2 hours to get us there and then did not know which stop to take us
2) we were completely locked out of our room for another 2 hours...my child wet herself waiting to get in and my mother who is in hospice were outside waiting and it started to rain, I called and they said they were sending someone up and no one showed up, we had to go to the front and they took care of us from there...they were so accommodating and made everything right! it was beautfiul over all and amazing!

Our second time using David’s and once again we had the most amazing room! Staying at a 1 bedroom suite at the Grand Floridian was outstanding. The room was beautiful! The location was fantastic; between the beautiful theming and the monorail by our room it made our trip feel extra magical. This was my first time using David’s and staying deluxe. I booked a girls weekend with my mother at the Grand Floridian in a Resort Studio for September 27-30, 2024 and it was a WONDERFUL experience!
I told my mother we were staying at Port Orleans French Quarter so you can imagine her surprise when we arrived at Disney World’s flagship resort! I confessed that I had lied to her for a year and that we were staying in the beautifully renovated Mary Poppins rooms in the Big Pine Key building. She was in such shock that as we were walking into the lobby, a cast member named Esther noticed her and asked if she was alright. My mother told Esther that everything was wonderful and explained to her how I had surprised her with her dream resort! Esther escorted us to the check in desk to meet India, another wonderful castmember. India checked us into our room and was even able to accommodate our room requests! Esther then asked if we were celebrating anything during our stay. I told her that we were there for a girls weekend but my mother’s birthday was a few days after our check out and that our stay at the Grand was my gift to her. She then brought us each a celebration pin and told us this was our first surprise! We assumed she meant that there would be something celebratory like cake sent to our room. The next day, during our mid-day park break we arrived to find a structured burlap tote bag embossed with the Grand Floridian logo with tissue paper covering the contents. On top of tissue paper was a birthday card signed by India and Esther and an award certificate stating that I was the best daughter ever! So cute! Inside the bag were two pairs of Grand Floridian Loungefly ears, two Grand Floridian beach towels, along with two bath bombs and two bar soaps scented with the Grand Floridian blend of Eucalyptus and Sage from Basin White. We were overwhelmed by their kindness! Our stay at the Grand Floridian was so exciting but Esther and India’s special touch and attention to detail just put it over the top for us! We will definitely be staying again and David’s made it all possible. Thank you so much for making this an easy rental process from start to finish. This is the ultimate “hack” to staying deluxe. We are so spoiled after our lovely stay at the Grand Floridian! We are DEFINITELY booking with David’s for our next resort stay in 2026!

Thank you so much for an amazing place to stay. We happened to reserve a 2 bedroom villa at the Grand Floridian Villas beginning October 5th - October 11th. Needless to say, we were smack in the path of Hurricane Milton. But the GF staff made the days we were in lockdown enjoyable, from giving us boxed meals to having lobby games for the kids (and parents). This was the best vacation we've taken in a long time, and the weather didn't dampen it. The villa we had was beautiful and came with everything you'd need in a 2 bedroom villa. The photos on your website of the villa are exactly what we had. From check in to check out, the staff at the DVC Villas are so accommodating and friendly. We never walked in the door without someone saying "Welcome Home". I'll definitely be using you again in the future. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Beach Club & Riviera in the 2 bedroom villas were both amazing!
